Terms, Conditions and Company Policies

Ordering
Our Customer Service Department is available weekdays from 8:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. EST.  Orders may be placed by telephone, fax, or mail.  There is no minimum order, however, orders under $30.00 will incur an additional $5.00 handling charge.                         

Institutional Orders
Institutional orders must be faxed or mailed on an official purchase order.  Please call for current pricing and item availability.  All institutional orders are shipped complete unless otherwise specified on the purchase order. Shipping charges are FOB.

 Canadian Orders
Due to customs regulations, intravenous fluids and pharmaceuticals may not be shipped to Canada.  Orders cannot be shipped COD to Canada.

 Healthcare Professionals
With your initial order, please supply us with a copy of your state license.  Orders for Class II controlled substances require a DEA Form 222 and a current copy of your DEA Registration.

 Pricing
All prices:  are subject to change without notice, are domestic prices in U.S. dollars, are FOB, do not include shipping, insurance and any duties.

 Shipping
Orders are generally shipped Federal Express.  Shipping charges are based on method of shipment, weight and destination.  Special shipping services are available upon request, at an additional charge.  COD service is available at an additional charge of $10.00 per parcel (subject to FedEx rate increases).

 Payment Terms
Payments may be made by check or credit card.  We accept MasterCard, VISA, American Express. Balances not paid within 30 days will accrue a monthly finance charge of 1.5% or a minimum of $.50 monthly.

 Damages/Shortages
Upon receipt of your shipment, inspect all cartons for any visible damage.  If any parcel is visibly damaged, do not accept it.  Immediately notify the carrier if there is any concealed damage.  Retain all packing material and boxes.  Claims for missing or damaged items must be reported to Impladent within 48 hours of receipt of order.  Before reporting missing items, check your packing slip to ensure the item(s) have not been back ordered.  Do not accept a shipment that is damaged or does not agree with the shipping receipt until the carrier endorses a statement of regularity on the face of the receipt.

 Returns:
We do accept returns or exchanges excluding freight.  Nonreturnable items include: discounted or on sale items, discontinued or outdated items, special order items, custom made or modified items, Class II controlled substances and sterile items with opened packaging. Items may be returned in their original, unopened, unmarked packaging within 30 days of invoice date.  Items returned after 30 days are subject to a minimum 30% restocking charge.  Please provide a copy of the original invoice when returning items. Your customer number must be on all correspondence.

 Repairs
Impladent offers a complete service department for repair, reconditioning, sharpening and recalibration.  Items sent to us for repair must be cleaned and sterilized if applicable.  For warranty repairs or repair/replacement of defective items, please enclosed a copy of the original invoice.
